Treatment Philosophy
My goal is to provide you, your child or your family with the highest quality service in order to help achieve your therapeutic goals. I believe the most productive therapy environment is one of mutual trust, respect and collaboration. I attempt to be honest, direct and challenging at the same time as compassionate and caring. My treatment approaches are based on long established methods of psychotherapy which aim to address the underlying issues that are the cause of the problematic behaviors and/or emotions rather than to simply treat symptoms. My 35 years of experience in psychological assessment with various age groups allows me to identify those core issues which may be interfering with achieving one's highest potential or most meaningful and fulfilling relationships.
